Ray Raflik and Frank Watanabe at the 511th reunion that was held in Branson, MO. in September 2001.  Frank was the Japanese Interpreter at Detachment 18 for many years.  He is now retired and still lives in Wakkanai, Japan.  Frank is present at all of the 511th reunions that are held here in the United States.
